Mr. Goel is a Barrister & Solicitor in Ontario with a comprehensive legal practice encompassing Immigration Law, Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Mediation Services. His journey in law began in India, where he gained invaluable experience assisting his elder brother at the Punjab and Haryana High Court for three years while completing his Bachelor of Laws from Panjab University, Chandigarh. After being called to the bar in India in 2018, he moved to Canada to further his legal career.
Mr. Goel completed his National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) requirements and was called to the Ontario Bar in April 2024. Over the past five years, he has worked on complex family, immigration, civil, and real estate cases under the mentorship of one of the top law firms in Mississauga. This experience has sharpened his legal skills and provided him with deep insight into handling intricate legal challenges.
Recognizing the importance of alternative dispute resolution, Mr. Goel excelled in the Mediation program at Durham College, Oshawa, where he earned a place on the roll of honor. His dedication to resolving disputes effectively led him to become a Qualified Mediator accredited by the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) and a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO). His mediation expertise spans family, immigration, real estate, and commercial disputes, offering clients cost-effective and cooperative solutions.
